Founded in 1994, Médial is a pioneering network of nutrition and dietetic centers in France. Since 2019, Everfruit Digital has been working in close collaboration with this brand on the digital strategy of the Medial network in order to help increase its franchise openings but also, bring more end customers to the network’s points of sale.
Since the start of our collaboration, Médial has now benefited from a better aligned and more efficient digital strategy, resulting in more franchise applications, better candidates in their pipeline but also more customers going to their stores.
One priority in order to realign the digital strategy of Medial was to split their e-commerce website from their institutional website. Our team of web designers has worked hard and built a new brand design and institutional website which became a core pillar of the franchise development strategy for this pioneer franchise network.

We crafted a simple and carefully designed e-brochure introducing the Médial concept to prospective franchisees.
Improving conversion rate

Part of the collaboration included the global management of Médial’s Google Ads account. Our SEA team focused on better audience targeting, in order to target the right personaes. As a result, we were able to generate more qualified applicants, which were matching better with Médial’s concept.
A different approach
In order to offer a different approach to future candidates in the network, we have implemented an Inbound Marketing strategy to maximize conversions thanks to multiple sequences of informational emails sent to candidates.
